We believe this model creates better healing outcomes for patients and entire communities.

Family and Community Medicine Residency Associate Director

We are growing! Our first class of four residents began in 2020. We plan to increase that number to six per year and establish formal rural, OB, and osteopathic tracks. We are seeking an individual who, in collaboration with the Program Director, can take us to the next level of excellence in this vibrant CHC setting. This position includes administrative, clinical, and teaching components in accordance with the ACGME. The Associate Director will assist with overall program and educational goals, curriculum development, clinical rotation standards, building community partnerships, mentoring and evaluating students, faculty and resident recruitment, and monitor procedure logs while maintaining a small clinical practice with North Country HealthCare's outpatient facility.

Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and a current, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain one upon hire), a current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and be eligible for successful appointment to the Flagstaff Medical Center.
