North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. - Attractive total compensation package ranging from $195,000.00 to $215,500.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
