North Country HealthCare is transforming health care for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Holbrook Arizona is situated along the banks of the Little Colorado River in Eastern Arizona with a population of 5,000 people. Holbrook sits within the Painted Desert, a remarkable area of rocky badlands that stretches from the Grand Canyon to the Navajo Nation. Holbrook is located 3½ hours west of Albuquerque and 3 hours north of Phoenix. Holbrook is the seat of Navajo County and serves as the gateway to the Petrified Forest National Park.
This facility is supported by two dedicated clinicians and excellent support, with a focus on patient and provider wellness.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
