North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona.   • Attractive total compensation package ranging from $205k to $225k dependent on program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
  • Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
